Crock Pot Easy Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped,1 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped1 teaspoon dried cilantro1 tablespoon dried parsley1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon oregano flakes1 can crushed tomatoes (793 grams)1 can stewed tomatoes (410 grams)2 lbs steak, cut in 8 pieces
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except the steak in the crock pot. Place steak in, and cover with sauce. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours, or High for 4 - 6 hours. Serves 8. Serve over rice or with baby red potatoes.
