High Altitude Waffles

Ingredients
1/2 c white flour1/2 c whole wheat flour1 1/4 t baking powder1 T sugar1 large egg3/4 c milk2 T vegetable oil
Directions
Makes 6 - 2 square waffles
Pre-heat waffle iron. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients. Separate egg white and put in bowl. In separate bowl add milk. egg yolk, and oil. Beat egg white until stiff. Combine dry ing. with wet ing. Fold in egg whites. Cook according to iron directions.
