Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast no skin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tbsp grapeseed oil
Directions
Rub chicken breast with grapeseed oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

BBQ for approx. 8 minutes per side or bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes
