Grilled Buffalo "Wings"

Ingredients
1 pound chicken tendersSaltGround Black Pepper1/3 cup Buffalo Wing sauce (I like Anchor Bars)4 ribs celery cut into sticks4 carrots cut into sticks1 cucumber sliced1/3 cup fat free ranch or blue cheese dressing
Directions
Season the chicken to taste with salt and pepper.
Coat a grill pan or countertop grill with olive oil cooking spray and grill the chicken, turning once about 4 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and toss with buffalo saucwe in a bowl. Serve with the vegetables and sauce for dipping.
