Cajun Shrimp Etouffee

Ingredients
Fresh ShrimpWaterButterLouisiana Cajun Etouffee Mix
Directions
Melt 5 tbsp. butter or margarine in sauce pan.
Add Mix.
Stir over low heat until medium brown.

Add 2 cups of water and 1 pound peeled crawfish or shrimp,
Cover and bring to a boil. Stir Often.

After mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
