Ingredients
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt (drain in coffee filter)1 1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup cocoa1/2 tsp salt1 cup brown sugar3 egg whites + 3 tbsp water1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
Cream the first 6 ingredients together. Stir in flour. Spread in a greased 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
