Easy Chicken Gumbo

Directions
1. Cook chicken using oil spray
2. Follow directions on Gumbo dinner mix box to cook rice. Add in cooked chicken during this step.
3. When rice is done, add in tomatoes, okra, and 1 can of black beans (or any type of beans you like). Simmer until gumbo has thickened.
4. Can be divided into 10 or 12 servings depending on sides.
