Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small sliced thinGround beef, extra lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, .25 large sliced thinGreen Bell Peppers .5 cup, strips Garlic, 3 clove choppedChef's Cupboard 99 % Fat Free Beef Broth, 2 cup
Directions
Brown beef with onions peppers and garlic add broth and cabbage cook on low until cabbage is tender

Serve over Garlic potatoes with a salad for a great meal
