Ingredients
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts1 can RoTel Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1 can Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
Directions
Place fresh or frozen chicken breast in slow cooker. Empty each can of tomatoes on top of corn. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6-8. Add corn for last hour until warmed through.

    Yummy this was very good. I served the corn seperately and when I made it I put 1 c of brown rice in the bottom of a stoneware roaster and added 1 c. of water then put everything else on top. My family thought it was WONDERFUL and told me to make this again soon.

    This recipe was okay. It was a little bland. I think rice would have helped, and I wish I had read those comments before making it! - 9/3/09
