Easy Family Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 lb Ground Chuck1 medium Onion chopped1 lg EggSaltine Crackers Crushed about half a sleeveKetchup Salt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Leave meat out of fridge for about a half hour to warm. In a big bowl mix Ground Chuck, egg, onion, crackers and salt and pepper. Form into loaf in a foil lined backing pan. Spread ketchup over top, use as little or as much as you like, or leave off. The ketchup gives the loaf a little kick.

Bake at 350 for any where from 1 hour (if you spread it in a cake pan) to a an hour and 45 minutes depending on the size and thickness of your loaf.

Feeds 6-10 people, depending on portion size.
