Mexican "pizza"

Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), .50 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)Black Bean Soup, 1 can (11 oz), undiluted (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)*Egg white, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Preheat to 400. Add garlic, onions and bell pepper for a few minutes. Add avocado, beans and tomatoes for another minute. Add eggs until almost cooked. Add cheese on top and bake for 15 mins. Top with salsa and enjoy!
