mushroom stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients
1 medium or large tomatoe, 4oz canned or chopped fresh mushrooms, 1/4 cup low fat or fat free chedder cheese,sprinkle of black pepper,garlic powder,onion powder,other seasonings optional,I can't believe it's not butter spray
Directions
Cut tomatoes top and gut out the inside and throw away the insides.Spray the inside of the tomatoes with the I can't believe it's not butter spray then season.Add the chedder cheese,just alittle to the bottom.Add the mushrooms,canned or fresh but not all the way to the top.Spay with the butter spray and season again and add the rest of the chedder cheese to top.Bake in the oven for about 40 to 45 min till tomatoes are tender.Enjoy a healthy side dish or as a appetizers.Calories are low
