Cabbage Curry

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage (sliced thin), 1 white or yellow onion (diced), 2-3 tomatoes (diced), 2 sweet potatoes (cubed), 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, 1/3 C curry powder, water to cover, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Put everything into a large pot and simmer for several hours. Serve over brown rice.
