Ingredients
* 100 grams mango, peeled and pitted * 100 grams avocado, peeled and pitted * 20 grams diced (1/4 inch) red onion * 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic * 1 teaspoon finely minced ginger * 1/2 teaspoon finely minced jalapeņo pepper, seeds removed * 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint * 1 tablespoon olive oil * Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Cut the mango and avocado into 1/4-inch dice and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and fold together with a rubber spatula. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 hours before serving.
