Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
1 pound frozen spinach1 cup 2% milk2 TBS butter2 TBS flour1 clove garlicsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook spinach and drain well, squeezing out water. Put aside. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, saute garlic in butter for a minute. Add flour, cook 2 minutes. Meanwhile, heat milk in microwave for 1 minute, add to flour mixture and cook until bubbly and thick. Stir in spinach and season to taste with salt and pepper.
