Open-face breakfast sandwiches

Ingredients
3 eggs1oz lite smoked sausage1oz skim mozzerella cheese3 slice white whole grain bread
Directions
1. Scramble eggs add salt and pepper if desired
2. Dice up sausage into small pieces and add to eggs
3 toast the 3 slices of bread
4.After sausage and eggs are cooked sprinkkle cheese on mixture that is still in pan.
5. Divide into 3 sections and put on top of toast.
