* Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) (remove) * Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove) * Pimientos whole red (La Squisita - Western Beef)(1/2 cup), 1 serving (remove) * cream of mushroom soup (low Sodium - Campbell’s), 2 serving (remove)
Cut chicken in bite sizes, placing in slow cooker.
In medium bowl, stir soup and 1/4 of the pimientos until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook for 5-5.5 hours. Stir in peas , the rest of the pimiento. Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
