whole wheat cornmeal muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cornmeal, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 large egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix together. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12 muffin pan with cooking spray. Bake muffins 20-25 mins. Serving size is one muffin.
