fried no fried parmesan chicken with whole wheat noodles

About 9-12 thawed skinless boneless chicken tenders 1 and 1/2 cups grated parm cheese1 cup bread crumbs1 package whole wheat spagetti noodles Olive oil fat free spray 2 tablespoons olive oil Garlic salt to taste
Mix together Parm cheese 1.5 cups , bread crumbs 1 cup , garlic salt to taste save some for noodles. Pound chicken flat cooks more even. Coat in cheese/bread crumb mix. Spray the pan with alot of olive oil fat free spray. (you can bake but every once in a awhile i crave the fried taste this gives me that with out the fat) Cook chicken watching careful the cheese burns if stove is to high. As chicken is cooking cook whole wheat noodle drain add 2 tablespoons olive oil and salt with garlic salt to taste. Place noodles on plate place chicken on top and ENJOY
