Carnation Instant Breakfast Milk Chocolate Power (1 packet)1% Milk (1 cup)Bananas (2)Strawberries (4)Blueberries (1/8 Cup)Spinach (5 leaves)Ground Flax (1 tbs)
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with a blender (i use a stick blender). If using all fresh fruit, put finished smoothie into freezer for a few minutes to chill and thicken. I use frozen bananas, which give me a good temperature and consistency without putting in the freezer.
