Easy grilled stuffed jalapenos

Ingredients
12 Jalapenos6 oz Asadero cheese4 slices bacon
Directions
Cut off the top of the jalapeno, take out as many seeds as you care to and put in 1/2 oz of Asadero cheese.
Place 1/3 of a bacon strip over the hole and secure with a toothpick.
Place on rack and set on grill until bacon is cooked.

*Try poking a hole with a toothpick in the bottom of each pepper before cooking.
**If you like these grilled, you will LOVE them smoked.
