Gooseberry Mix Jam

Ingredients
Gooseberry, fresh - 1 cupRaspberriey, fresh (or blackcurrant) - 1 cupFructose - 4 tbsp
Directions
Look over berries and wash them. Put mix in the deep bowl (it's size must be near 1.5 l), cover.

Prepare in MWV 600W - 5 min stiring.
Add fructose.
Prepare 5 min more.
Bottle in hot glass jam pots.

if you substituted raspberriey on blackcurrant, then correct the nutrition info.
