Matt's Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
For one loaf:1 pound ground chuck1 egg1/2 cup ketchup1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1/8 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 tablespoon parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. If mixture seems too dry to hold together, add a little milk. Form into a loaf into a baking pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Serving is one slice, 1/5 of loaf.
