Ingredients
2 lbs Chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) dry (organic)1 Garlic, blub2 Onions, raw1 cup Parsley ,fresh1 cup Dill , fresh2 Tbsp Coriander leaf, dried1 tsp Cardamom green, ground before use1 tsp salt kosher1 Tbsp Paprika0.25 tsp Chili powder1 Tbsp Cumin seed, ground before use1 tsp Baking Soda1-2 oz chickpea flour [Besan (flour) = gram flour = cici flour = chana flour = garbanzo bean flour)]
Directions
1. Place the chickpeas in a covered bowll of water and place in the refrigerator for 36 hours.
2. Change the water several time.
