2 oz Espresso or 2 oz very strong coffee1 cup milk 1%.5 oz pina colada coffee syrup1 Scoop GNC lean protein
Make espresso/coffee. Pour over ice for quick cool down. Add 1 cup milk and pina colada. Put ice in blender and add ice and GNC to blender. Add the coffee, pina colada or the coffee syrup that you like, milk mix to blender and mix.
