Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 1 cup * *Bicarbonate of Soda, .5 tbsp * Baking Powder, .5 tsp * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp * *Equal 0 Calorie Sweetner Packet, 2 tsp * Sunflower Oil, 1.5 tbsp * Milk, 2%, .5 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 medium * *Egg white, 2 serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease an eight-inch square cake tin lightly.Sift the flour, soda bicarbonate, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl.

Break eggs and separate whites from yolks. Whisk the whites with a hand blender. Add the sweetener and whisk till stiff.

Add milk to the flour mixture. Add oil, vanilla essence and mix well. Add the egg whites and fold in lightly.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty five minutes.
