Blue Cheese Smashers (potatoes)

Ingredients
4-5 fresh chives1 24 oz package refrigerated mashed potatoes2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese2 teaspoons cooked turkey bacon
Directions
Chop chives finely and combine with remaining ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 4-5 minutes, stirring once. Stir and serve (remember serve with Buffalo Grilled Chicken).
