2 cups whole wheat flour8 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp salt2 cups yellow cornmeal1/2 cup honey4 eggs2 cups water1/2 cup oil
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and cornmeal together. Add honey, eggs, water, and oil. Mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 425. Spoon mix into muffin tins 2/3 full. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Makes 3 dozen.
