Victoria's Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/2 Cup- Green Peppers chopped 2 Cups- Cabbage, fresh, chopped 10 oz- Potato(raw), 2 lbs.-Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces 3 Tablespoon- Durkee- Grill Creations- Mesquite1 tablespoon-Onion powder1 cups each-zucchini and red bell peppers 1 Cup-Onions, 1 Cup- Broccoli, fresh,
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size cubes.
Chop all veggies into bite size pieces.
In a large warm skillet with cooking spray:
Start with potatoes as they will need to cook a bit longer than the rest.
Add chicken
Add the rest of the veggies and seasonings
Cook about 25-30 minutes or until desired veggie tenderness and chicken is done
Makes about 7- 1 cup servings
