Ratatouille in the Crockpot

Ingredients
2 onions, sliced1 cup grean beans, chopped4 small zucchini, sliced2 cloves of garlic1 large green pepper, sliced2 large whole tomatoes, cut into chunks1 can (6oz) tomato paste1 tsp basil1/2 tsp oreganosalt & pepper1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Layer half the vegetables in the crockpot in the order they are in the recipe. Sprinkle over 1/2 the basil and oregano and dot with half the tomato paste.
Repeat with the second half of the vegetables, herbs and tomato paste.
Drizzle over the olive oil.
Cook in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
