CHICKEN WITH WHITE WINE AND PARSLEY

Ingredients
1 - lb skinless, boneless chicked cut into 4 thin patties1/8 c whole wheat flour1 tbsp olive oil6 oz white cooking wine1 oz lemon juice2 tbsp roughly chopped parsley
Directions
Servings: 4

Lightly flour chicken pieces. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high. Cook chicken 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove to plate.

Pour wine and lemon juice into pan. Cook on high until about 1/4 cup remains. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Add chicken, heat 5 minutes covered. Serve.
