Tomato Basil Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
4 Eggs1 Cup Light Sour Cream1Cup Cottage Cheese 2 Tbl. Flour2 Tbl. Cornmeal 1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Dried Basil1/8 tsp. Pepper1 Cup chopped fresh Tomatoes2 Cups Shredded Sargento 6 Cheese Itailian2 Tbl. chopped fresh chives
Directions
Grease a glass pie dish, 9x9. Preheat oven to 350 degreef F.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, flour, cornmeal, salt, basil, and pepper until well mixed. Then carefully stir in tomatoes, onions and cheese, reserving a little of the cheese for garnish.

Pour egg mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for about 35-45 min. or until quiche is set in the middle.
