* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato * Onions, raw, 1 large * Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) * *bean red kidney, 1 cup * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels * *Pepper, Red Bell (1 Med Pepper / 148g)
Rinse and chop all ingredients, save the corn and beans, into bite size pieces. Rinse the beans well, and toss into salad with the corn.
You can add in whatever else you have and stretch the servings!
