Fruity ginger smoothie

Ingredients
1c. frozen pineapple chunks1c. frozen peach slices1/2c. grapefruit juiceenough water to emulsify the mixcrystallized ginger (to taste)
Directions
Pour 1/2 of the grapefruit juice into the blender, and toss in a handful of fruit. Pulse until fruit is mixed, then continue to add in the rest of the fruit, handful by handful, until it's all chopped and blended. Add some water to the mix if it doesn't turn to a smoothie-type consistency.

Add in the ginger, piece by piece, tasting the mix in-between pieces until it tastes right. I used 5 pieces of ginger, but I happen to love ginger. It's easier to just taste it before you put in too much, than to start from scratch again.
