chicken veggie pasta bake

Ingredients

1 bag Tyson chicken breast strips1 box Ronzoni Smart Taste rotini noodles*2 cans fat free cream of mushroom soup1 bag frozen mixed veggies, thawed1/2 cup milk1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta until almost done.
Mix soup, veggies, parmesan, pasta and milk in baking dish
Place chicken on top
Sprinkle with mozzarella
Cover with foil and bake 20 mins
Remove foil, bake an additional 10 mins
Makes 8 servings
*I use the Ronzoni noodles b/c of the high fiber and protein content (6 grams each) -- you can use any pasta but it will affect the nutritional value
