Sara Castillo's Chicken Fajita

Ingredients
2-Chicken Breast, no skin or bone Subway Olive Oil Blend (1 teaspoon), 2 serving Fajita seasoning- Badia brand (1/4 tsp), 1 gram Fajita seasoning - Fiesta Brand (Salt Free), 2 gram(s)Pepper, black, 1 dash Salsa- Herdez brand- Mild, 2 tbspGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped 1/2 to 1 cup water as needed
Directions
Add in a pan:
chicken - Olive oil - both fajita seasonings - pepper - and salsa together and cook over Med. to Med-High Heat until done. Remove and set aside in a dish until you cook peppers and onions.

then add to the pan:
Green and Red bell peppers - Onions in pan and cook until your desired tenderness.

After the peppers and onions are cooked... Add the cooked chicken from the dish you set aside....add about 1 /2 cup of water and cook on Med to Med-Low heat to blend the flavors together... then serve
