No Bake Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
3 cups Quaker Oats Original Oatmeal - dry1/2 cup raisins6 Tbsp. natural (no sugar added) peanut butter3 Tbsp. honey6 Tbsp. water (add or subtract as needed)
Directions
Put honey and peanut butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, just until slightly melted so you can mix it easier. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape in waxed paper (I shape mine into a rectangle of about 3/4" thickness). Add or subtract water as necessary until the mix sticks together. Wrap in waxed paper, then in foil or ziploc bag. Freeze for several hours. Remove from freezer and cut into 8 bars. They can be refrigerated or re-frozen depending upon when you plan to consume them.

    Laura- these were very easy and really yummy! I used dried cranberries insead of raisins (I don't like raisins). The only problem is that they're kind of small for a full breakfast. I might use them for an after run snack. - 7/2/09
