Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
Cauliflower, cooked, 6 cup (1" pieces) (remove)Butter, salted, 0.25 cup (remove)Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)
Directions
Cut and boil the Cauliflower until soft.

Then add the cooked cauliflower, butter, and cream into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

You may also consider adding blue cheese, or other flavor additives. Makes it even better!
