Cheesy Zucchini

Ingredients
4 cups zucchini (sliced 1/2 inch thick)2 tablespoons Country Crock Shedds Spread Butter 1 cup shredded part skim milk mozzarella cheese
Directions
Peel and slice the zucchini into 1/2 inch slices. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add zucchini and cook on low until tender. Place zucchini slices on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle cheese onto zucchini slices. Broil until cheese is melted.
