Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1lb. Beef Sirloin1 large onion sliced1 small can mushrooms8 oz. Sour Cream 1 can Fat Free/Low Fat cream of mushroom soup2 beef boullion cubes
Directions
Slice the sirloin into thin slices. (I prefer to flour it a little) Heat a little oil in a skillet. Add the steak and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes. Then add all the other ingredients and let simmer over low heat for about 20 minute. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Makes 8 healthy servings.
