barilla lasagna - 1 noodle, 1 serving Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 1 oz Trader Joe's Light Shredded 3 Cheese Blend, .1 cup Carrots, raw, .1 cup, grated Broccoli, fresh, .1 cup, chopped or diced Spinach, fresh, 3 leaf Trader Giotto's Organic Spaghetti Sauce, .1 cup
Boil noodle as instructed. Once soft, lay out noodle and spread cheeses and veggies on top.
Roll up noodle.
Cover bottom of cassarole dish with sauce. Arrange noodles.
Cover noodles with a spoonful of sauce on each.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
