Cabbage and Beef Slow Cooker Stew

Ingredients
18 oz Stew meat1/3 medium head of cabbage, chopped1 medium onion chopped2 cloves of garlic minced1 bag frozen corn kernels1/2 bag french cut green beans4 cup no salt added vegetable juice2 cups water
Directions
Throw everything in the crock pot. I didn't bother with browning the meat, although you could.

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
