Ingredients
gravycarrotssproutscabbagepotatoes- mashed.1 cal sprayyou will need roughly 125g of each of the vegetable, the above is what i had left over from sunday lunch.
Directions
Simply combine the cooked vegetables into a bowl and mash together roughly. season if desired. then make into rounds about 2 inches in diameter.

Spray 1 cal in to a pan and heat then gently heat through until golden. serve with gracy and anything else you want with them.
