Ingredients
0.50 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 fl oz Water, tap 8 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey .5 cup onion1.75 cup (1 can) Black beans 2 Tbsp jalapeno Peppers 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1 Tbsp Chili powder 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/2 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Paprika 1 1/2 tsp Cumin1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp black pepper2 oz Tortilla Chips 1 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spices, water, beans and jalapeņos.

Pour into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese, tomato, and crushed chips.
