Used on my chicken! This was fabulous! I'll probably do half the salt next time (not a big salt person) and I omitted the sugar, because I'm trying not to use sugar, but wow! LOVED IT!! - 5/5/10

This was excellent on steak, I used the smoky paprika and instead of the cayenne, chipolata pepper, I may add a little more of the hot pepper next time. I can see this would be good on ribs or chicken also, and maybe salmon. I like that it is salt free. - 8/31/15

Just before placing mixture on meat. Mix in boulion of choice, beef - chicken, pork boulion or Vegetable boulion. Say 3 tsp of boulion.

Can add curry for a different touch.
Do not add to the large mixture of rub. Can add other spices that you like for one of your meat dishes. - 8/23/09
