Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients
1 pint strawberries, sliced1/4 cup splenda1 cup bisquick mix2 tbsp splenda1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk1 cup fat-free whipped topping
Directions
STIR strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar.

HEAT oven to 425 degrees. Stir Bisquick mix, 2T splenda and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by 4 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

BAKE 10-12 min or until golden brown. split warm shortcakes, fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping.4 shortcakes.
