Razzle-dazzle Berry Delight

Ingredients
1 ( 12 or 13 oz) Angel food cake pre-baked( or Angel food cake mix baked as directed)1 pint Fresh strawberries, sliced1 t. Lemon, zested1/2 pint Fresh raspberries1/2 pint Fresh blueberries2 Cups Frozen Raspberry sherbet1 (8oz) Container lite whippped topping, thawed
Directions
Cut angel food cake into 1-inch cubes. Reserve 1 strawberry for garnish. Hull remaining strawberries and slice. Zest 1 teaspoon lemon. Scoop sherbet into a bowl; fold in whipped topping until well blended. Layer a third of the angel food cake cubes onto the bottom of a trifle bowl. Top a third of the sherbet, pressing lightly, and half of the fruit. Repeat layers two more times. Make a strawberry fan; place on top of desert.

Chill at least 30 minutes before serving, can be made the day before.
