chicken and wild rice soup

Ingredients
1.5 lb bonless shinless chicken breast cut into small cubes2 tbls olive oil4 cans low sodium low fat chicken broth2 cups sliced carrots1 cup slice celery1 med onion diced2 cans red kidney beans101/2 cup lundberg wild rice mix1 tsp cajun seasoning2 tbls garlic and herb seasoning
Directions
saute chicken in olive oil, toss with the seasonings, add vegatables and saute for about 5 min.,, add broth and bring to a boil,, add the rice and cook until the rice is tender, take care to not over cook the rice, this will make about 8 hearty servings
