1 pound pork sausage cooked and drained1 pound bacon8 ggs4 slices of bread cubed2/3 bag 16 oz of potatoes o'brien1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup milk2.5 cups milk8 slices kraft singles fat free
cook, drain pork sausage, cook, drain and chop bacon. stir eggs and 2.5 cups milk, then mix sausage and bacon and egg milk mixture together. layer bread and shredded potatoes in large casserole dish. pour egg, milk ect mixture over bread, potatoes, season to taste. let set for half an hour, can leave in fridge over night. combine 1 can of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk pour over casserole right before you bake it. bake at 375 for an hour add 8 slices cheese to top cook additional 15-30 mins. cool and serve.
