Creamy Veggy Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of a whole wheat/grain bread1oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese1 Tbsp Light Mayo3 1/4" slices of tomatoeAlfalfa Sprouts1/4" slices of Avocado (approx. 1/3 of an Avocado)
Directions
Spread light mayo on both slices of bread, arrange sliced tomatoe and avocado along with alfalfa sprouts on one slice of bread. Cut cream cheese into 1/4" slices and arrange on the other slice of bread. It is easiest to do this with a clean knife that clean after each slice of cream cheese. Match the two slices of bread together and enjoy. Makes one sandwich.
